Mentoring
Andrew offers one-to-one poetry mentoring to poets at all stages, whether you are just getting into poetry and want to get to grips with the basics of the craft, or whether you are preparing to send out your first poems for publication, preparing a pamphlet or editing your first collection to send to publishers, he can help you with all of these, in a personalised, supportive and constructive manner.
Sessions will take place online via Zoom, and a schedule can be arranged that works best for you. Whether you are simply looking for one session to discuss your manuscript or want more extended support over the course of a year or longer, please get in touch with him at info@andrewjamison.co.uk

Workshops 2025
These workshops will operate purely to give you the chance to share your writing with Andrew, your peers and receive feedback in a supportive, collaborative and constructive environment. The workshops will be of mixed ability, meaning that writers starting out will benefit from more experienced writers, and more experienced writers can hone their critical skills by engaging with writers who are newer to the art. Regardless of ability all participants will have the opportunity to gain from Andrew’s experience as an editor and published poet. Workshops will run via Zoom, and poems can be shared through a dedicated Google Drive folder, and uploaded preferably as Word documents or Google Docs.

Manuscript Editing
Whether you are starting out and don’t know where to begin with writing a book of poetry, or you’re getting ready to send out your first pamphlet Andrew offers detailed feedback on your writing. This can be purely via email, or accompanied with a Zoom feedback session. Andrew can use either Microsoft Word or Google Docs for editing depending on your preference. See below for rates:
